Invest in Harts Group...

For the first time ever, Harts Group Ltd., parent company of Barrafina and Quo Vadis restaurants, is offering you the chance to invest in us and join the family ahead of our next adventure.

Sam and Eddie Hart launched Barrafina in 2007 and Quo Vadis the following year. Joined by younger brother James in 2015 the brothers have expanded to three critically acclaimed Barrafina Spanish tapas bars in Soho and Covent Garden. Amongst other accolades Dean Street has a Michelin Star, Adelaide Street was voted OFM’s best restaurant in the UK in 2016, and Drury Lane received a full 5/5 stars in Time Out.

Quo Vadis is a Soho institution; a restaurant and members club with bastion of British cooking, Jeremy Lee, at the helm of its celebrated kitchen.

In October 2018, Harts Group will bring Barrafina to the hotly anticipated Coal Drops Yard development in Kings Cross. With 34 seats at the bar, a private dining room for 20 and a weather-proof outdoor terrace, this will be the biggest Barrafina yet.

We're looking for investment to fund this expansion and would love our friends and patrons to be the ones to join us on the next step of the journey. To make this a reality we’re launching an equity crowdfunding campaign with Crowdcube, Europe's leading equity crowdfunding platform.

It's super easy for anyone to invest and the minimum investment is just £10. We've seen growth of 23% in the last 10 years, have big plans for the coming months, and there are some serious rewards for investors.

To gain early access to our Crowdcube funding window please leave your details below. We’ll be in touch very soon.

“We are delighted that Harts Group will bring their signature touch to Coal Drops Yard. Already becoming established as a hub for forward-thinking retailers, ranging from fashion to design, the quarter will now play host to one of London’s best culinary offerings, with King’s Cross as a whole now boasting a restaurant line-up to rival Soho and Shoreditch.”
