  • What should I do if I’m running late for my reservation?

We hold tables for up to 15 minutes. If you are running late, please reply to your confirmation text with your estimated arrival time. This phone number belongs to our reservations partner, and does not connect to a phone at the restaurant. Your booking confirmation email will have an option to amend your reservation via the ‘Manage Reservation’ link. Alternatively, email info@barrafina.co.uk

ahead of your visit

  • Where are you located?

London is home to five Barrafina locations: the Soho original on Dean Street, two further West End locations in Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square, a fourth at Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross, and the latest across the river in London Bridge at Borough Yards.

  • Is your restaurant wheelchair-accessible?

Barrafina Coal Drops Yard and Barrafina Borough Yards are both fully wheelchair accessible. Coal Drops Yards has dining tables and chairs that can be selected at the point of booking and Barrafina Borough Yards has high banquettes or the ‘snug,’ which can be booked offering accessible seating. At Dean Street, Adelaide St and Drury Lane, we are limited by the old, listed buildings we operate in and currently are unable to offer full wheelchair access. We appreciate that access needs are different and specific to the individual. If you have any questions as to how we might support your visit, please email info@barrafina.co.uk

  • What is your child policy?

We can accommodate children on our high-top or dining tables at Coal Drops Yard and Borough Yards. However, due to our counter seats, we cannot accommodate prams or buggies. There is no age restriction for guests across our private dining rooms and we can provide highchairs.

  • Can we bring our own wine?

A corkage fee of £40 per bottle (up to 750ml) will be applied if you would like to bring your own wine. For larger size bottles, the fee will be increased accordingly. This fee represents the cost of the most affordable wine on our current wine list and respects the service of our team.

  • Do you allow dogs in the restaurant?

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, we ask that they are always kept on a leash whilst on the premises. Additionally, we kindly request that dogs remain on the floor and not on laps or chairs.

  • It says online that the restaurant closes at 15:00, can I stay longer?

The closing time reflects the kitchen’s closing hour. You are welcome to stay after 15:00 for the duration specified in your confirmation email. The last food order will be taken 15 minutes before the kitchen closes.

dietaries

  • Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

We make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and are happy to discuss any specific needs to find the best options for you. However, as allergens are present in our kitchen and cross-contamination is possible, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be completely free from traces of allergens.
